By using any photos or videos on www.sacredsurfhi.com or any of the numerous the Sacred surf photo galleries, for example: www.sacredsurfhi.com user agrees that they will not abuse any information of persons mentioned, named or identified on the said Sacred Surf web site, photo or video galleries. The Consumer shall not contact and/or harass individuals mentioned, named or identified in said web site or galleries to prospect for business, solicit personal relationships, or for any reason whatsoever. Those listed on the Sacred photo gallery do not wish to be contacted by a third-party other than RENAMITY senior staff members. Any of this conduct on the part of the Consumer will be considered abuse and/or misuse of such information listed, and as such Consumer will be promptly assessed a $1000 fee per documented incident. Consumer also agrees to pay any all attorneys fees or court cost associated with the collection and/or enforcement of this fee. If the Consumer would like to contact an individual mentioned on the Sacred web site, video or photo galleries, than Consumer shall contact RENAMITY senior staff, who will likely initiate contact between such individual and the Consumer. In addition, if the Consumer, their agents, representatives, or web developers copy any photos, videos, graphics, logos, or images from the Sacred Surf photo gallery, video gallery, web site, newsletter, invitation, email blast, text blast or any Sacred Surf media whatsoever, the Consumer hereby agrees to pay Sacred Surf $500.00 per photo, image, video, logo or graphic. Sacred surf photos, videos, logos, images, and graphics are not to be copied from any Sacred media for any reason whatsoever. Sacred Surf will firmly enforce this policy and promptly invoice the Consumer $500.00 per single photo, video, logo, image or graphic, found to be copied, misused, or altered without prior written permission from Sacred. Consumer agrees to pay any all attorneys fees or court cost associated with the collection and/or enforcement of this fee.
